I have an old print with the nane if of Maurice Utrillo on the bottom right.
The left said something like
Eglise de ------, (Leine).
It's a street picture with no
People in it. Does anyone know
Where I can go to look into any possible value?

I have the same print too the writing is Eglise de Strins (Leine) I'm also looking for more information on it. the size of the picture is 15" x 20" it is a lithograph.

I also have this painting. One thing I have noticed when searching it online, is that some of them do not feature the artist's name on the bottom right. How rare IS this painting? I've only found ONE for sale online, and it was going for US $75.00… I'm putting the link to this sale here for you to check out. Good luck!
