I have a 10x12 wooden plaque that has a picture of a bull and a matador on it. it appears to have been hand painted and a Shellack put over it. It is signed by Rico Tomaso. Can anyone tell me anything about this picture and the artist. It appears to be very very old, but in pretty good condition.
