I have a Lithograph that is signed on the bottom right hand side Siry. It has on the back 639b, also is number 35 of 275. It has a certificate of awsenticity on the back that is french I think. anyone know anything about this Artist?

PLEASE can anyone help me I can't find anything about my painting.
I also own an authenicated original lithograph (Abstract) by the artist Siry Inventory # B121702 MWC. Purchased in 1972 from Merrill Chase Gallery in Chicago, IL I am unable to distinguish exactly what number of 275 mine is.
