I have this painting that is fairly old, a long time ago this elderly woman gave it to my mother. It was handed down to me, and I am wondering who the artist might be. It is a painting of two younger Victorian era looking women, one playing piano and the other playing harp. Th epainting is signed L. could be a J. Tambor… or an I… does anyone know of this artist?
