I have a print by Paul Detlefsen of a stream running through some trees with two deer in the bottom left corner. Down the bottom it has a copyright symbol and says Paul Detlefsen 64. I was interested in finding out the country which he was painting in this particular print. Or maybe his country of origin will help. Thanks.

I have a copy of School's Out, very old but precious. Doesn't seem to exist online though!
Nice to see other people have the rarer Detlefsens as well as Xmillion copies of Iron Horse and Good Old Days. Any idea where or if we could contact the keepers of the Detlefsen paintings/prints to order copies of the rarer ones?

I have a copy of School's Out… it is bordered in a frame with a gold piece at bottom with name and author… I love it. It hangs above my fireplace… thanks.

I am also looking for a copy of " School's Out"
My Granmother had one hanging in her dining room forever, needless to say I was not the child that received it. I have had no luck finding it on line.

Hello Jacob,
The name of your picture with the deer is called Serenity by Paul Detlefsen. The scene is probably of a forest in California since that is where Paul Detlefsen lived until his death August 1, 1986. This a very pretty painting. I know a lady who was wanted this painting ever since she was a little girl. Would you consider selling yours?

Thanks for your help Mike,
As for the picture, it is a pretty painting, however we're not sentimentally attatched to the picture so yes we would consider selling it.
However I'm not sure if it is what you're expecting. It is fairly large: 1.2 metres wide and about 60cm tall, and it has a hard backing, so it would be difficult to transport. Where does this lady live because I'm in Sydney, Australia.
If you are still interested let me know.

Hi, I might be interested in purchasing your picture. Please tell me how much you are selling it for, and where you live, so I can get an idea how much the postage would be. I am in California. Thank you.
